Todd Jones

Todd Jones is a native Floridian and has worked with Publix Super Markets, Inc. his entire career. He is a graduate of Harvard’s Advanced Management Program. Jones began his career with Publix in 1980 in New Smyrna Beach, working part-time as a front service associate while attending high school. He progressed through the ranks of retail management, spending nearly 10 years as a store manager. He then held the operational leadership roles of District Manager, Regional Director, and Vice President of the Jacksonville Division. Todd was promoted to Senior Vice President of Product Business Development in 2005, President in 2008, CEO & President in 2016, and CEO in 2019. Todd has served as Executive Chairman since January 2024. The company has been honored with many awards and achievements, including being recognized as one of the top 100 companies to work for in America and one of America’s most admired companies.

Jones currently serves on the board of The Food Industry Association and is a member of the Florida Council of 100. He also enjoys volunteering with organizations supported by United Way and organizations that focus on alleviating hunger.

He and his wife Suzette reside in Lakeland and have two adult children.
