This year’s sold out event at Loggerhead Marinelife Center in Juno Beach, Florida, on Friday, March 28th, 5:30pm was an unforgettable evening of country music to celebrate wild Florida. Our theme was Nashville chic: think country-chic meets upscale elegance—boots, denim, sequins, and a little Southern flair were all welcome.
A Night for Nature benefits the many conservation and outdoor programs of the Foundation. Since 1994, the Foundation has raised nearly $100 million to restore Florida’s Coral Reef and the seagrass meadows of the Indian River Lagoon, while protecting manatees, panthers, and other iconic species. We’re Florida’s largest private funder of outdoor education for more than 284,000 youth annually and help enhance public access to birding, boating, fishing, hunting, archery, and other traditional outdoor pursuits.
The Host Committee included Mr. Tucker Frederickson, Mr. Joshua Kellam, Mr. John Lacy, Mrs. Laura Russell, and Mr. Robert Spottswood, Jr.
Mr. Mike Sole won the Foundation’s Lifetime Conservation Achievement Award and Mr. Travis Thompson was awarded the inaugural Chris Janson Creativity in Conservation Award.
The evening’s performers included Nashville’s finest: Mr. Shawn Camp, Mr. Tyler Farr, Mr. Dave Kennedy, Mr. James Otto, and Mr. Rob Snyder.
