Joshua Kellam is the President of The Garcia Companies and an active member of his community, serving on multiple boards that currently include T. Roosevelt Action and Florida Council of 100 in addition to our Foundation. An avid sportsman and conservation enthusiast, he is a member of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and previously was on the South Florida Water Management District Water Resource Advisory Coalition and the Florida Public Service Commission Nominating Council.
