FWC Law Enforcement Memorial

FWC and its predecessor agencies have lost 20 officers to line of duty deaths. These brave men and women deserve a proper tribute to honor their sacrifice. Over the last few years, FWC has worked with a sculptor and contractor to design a memorial at the Florida Public Safety Institute.

Diamond Level ($30,000+)

Donor will receive a 12”x 12” plaque that will be mounted on the FWC flagpole at memorial entrance.
Name engraved on donor wall at the memorial.
Be allowed to contribute one memorial tribute item in the time capsule that will be placed inside the statue (item must meet required dimensions).
Company/name engraved on donor recognition plaque.
Will receive two memorial polo shirts and two memorial t-shirts, challenge coin, and decal
Will receive recognition plaque from FWC Officers Association.
Company/name displayed in primary position on memorial fundraising website.
Primary position of logo, graphic, or name as a memorial sponsor on all materials (large enough to accommodate sponsor logos) created for events and fundraisers designed to raise money for the memorial (banners, van wraps, flyers, print ads, etc.).
Recognition during speaker remarks at groundbreaking and/or dedication ceremony of memorial.

Platinum Level ($20,000 – $29,999)

Company/name engraved on memorial benches.
Name engraved on memorial donor wall.
Be allowed to contribute one memorial tribute item in the time capsule that will be placed inside the statue (item must meet required dimensions).
Company/name engraved on donor recognition plaque.
Will receive two memorial polo shirts and two memorial t-shirts, challenge coin, and decal.

Gold Level ($10,000 – $19,999)

Trees (two dogwood/four crepe myrtle) will be planted around the outside perimeter of the memorial. Each tree will have a small donation plaque placed beside it with your name/company name on it.

Will receive recognition plaque from FWC Officers Association.

Silver Level ($5,000 – $9,999)

Company/name engraved on donor wall memorial.
Company/name engraved on donor recognition plaque.
Will receive recognition plaque from FWC Officers Association.
Company/name displayed on memorial fundraising website.
Will receive two memorial polo shirts and two memorial t-shirts, challenge coin and decal.

Bronze Level ($2,500 – $4,999)

Donor entitled to engraving one of 70 pavers in memory of a fallen officer, or as a thank you for fallen officers’ sacrifice, or to put your name/company name on it.
Company/name engraved on donor recognition plaque.
Will receive recognition plaque from FWC Officers Association.
Company/name displayed on memorial fundraising website.
Will receive a memorial polo, memorial t-shirt, and decal.

Charter Level ($500 – $2,499)
